We put everything in order so that you are happy with your purchase.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the work you have received, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to retract.
Art4You will then proceed to a full refund of your order, including return shipping costs for customers based in mainland France.
For customers based in the European Union, overseas departments and the rest of the world, the return costs will remain the responsibility of the customer. A preferential rate will be offered to them with our delivery services.

Any incomplete request cannot be processed and risks being refused by Art4You.
If you live in mainland France: our carrier will contact you directly. The package will be picked up directly at your home or at the address indicated in your email.
If you live outside mainland France: you have the choice of transport.
1. You return the package and pay for the transport directly.
2. We offer you an advantageous “special return” rate without advance payment.
Our carrier will take charge of the package directly to you. The return costs will then be invoiced to you by Art4You.
In all cases, you must use the original packaging, taking care to respect all the principles of securing works.
If the order delivered is not compliant or damaged:
We do everything in our power to ensure that the works delivered to you are in excellent condition, particularly for the packaging of the works and precautions during their transport. Despite all these precautions, it may exceptionally happen that the work that reaches you does not comply with your order, or that it is damaged.
You must check the package in the presence of the carrier in order to make a report of the good transport or the deterioration of the work.
If you notice that the work delivered to you does not comply, has a defect, or is damaged, you must immediately inform Art4You by email at art4you@art4you.fr indicating the nature of the defect, the non-conformity or the damage observed and by sending us any useful proof, in particular in the form of photograph (s).
Art4you SAS will then organize the return of the work by its carrier and bear the return costs.
You will simply be responsible for packing the work to be returned in its original packaging, making sure to respect all the principles of secure packaging of the works, and to insert the corresponding purchase invoice.
Works not delivered
We call on carriers renowned for their professionalism and their methodology for securing packages. It may however happen that the work disappears during transport (theft, fire, natural disaster, etc.) and that it is never delivered.
In this case, you must also contact us by email at art4you@art4you.fr, unless the carrier has already notified us of the incident of disappearance of the work.
Art4You will then proceed to a full refund of your purchase.
Refund Methods:
any refund cannot be made before Art4you has validated the refund request and the return of the work has been received by Art4you, or until Art4You has been informed of the disappearance of the work.
