Art4You for artists is of a simple concept: to come together between artists in order to share costs, to discuss our professions and to develop strategies to boost the reputation and the sale of works of art.

Organization and logistics

The service Art4You for artists offers real competence in terms of organization of events and logistical control, which are not always, it must be admitted, the most attractive aspects of crafts.

Participation in Contemporary Art Fairs

Upstream of the service proposal made to artists, Art4You carries out an in-depth research of contemporary art fairs potentially of interest to the group. A selection committee determines a pre-choice of exhibitions in number greater than the objectives for the year.

• This pre-choice is the subject of a document with all available information, dates, prices, conditions, selection methods. This document is then offered to artists members and partner galleries for a principled positioning. If the minimum profitability quota per show is reached, then the artists receive a registration form in the form of an order form that they must complete, accompanied by their signature and a deposit of 30% of the amount corresponding to their choice.
  
  
• If the quota for a show is not reached, the artists who made the unsuccessful choice will be offered other similar shows.
  Once the list of participants in a given show has been listed, Art4You proceeds to register with the show organizer. Artist files are sent to him. A site plan is then drawn up and offered to the artists so that everyone can choose their location. Once validated, the overall plan is completed by the various hanging plans of each artist while respecting the rules for the arrangement of works in the spaces, established by the organizer and Art4You. Regular information is sent to participants.
  
  
• Collection point: In the weeks preceding the event, artists must drop off or send their works by carrier to a secure collection point. The transport service for the works may be carried out by Art4You. A document will then be drawn up and signed by both parties specifying the nature of the works with their visual, the destination and dates of transport, as well as the evaluation of the value of the goods. For transport abroad, Art4You will establish an ATA regulatory book. The ATA carnet designates a customs procedure. SAS Art4You is insured for the transport of works including loading and unloading operations.

Exhibitions

Apart from investments in Contemporary Art Fairs, member artists are offered events in the Art world, group exhibitions in partner Galleries in France and abroad, group exhibitions via an associative platform on sites at moderate costs as well as a certain number of various events.

International presence

Art4you is developing the presence of French artists internationally by participating in events, art fairs and exhibitions in Europe. A presence in the booming Chinese art market is currently under study.

Paris - France: a place of reference for artists from all countries

For artists from all countries, we offer a presence in France. The offices of Art4you are located in Paris, near the Louvre museum. We regularly organize trade fairs and exhibitions in the French capital. Because Paris remains a place of reference on the world art market.

On European tours like the Nordic Tour, the participation of artists from all walks of life is also welcome.
